What you will do

• Develop, test, and document moderately complex Salesforce integration programs.
• Prototype solutions for cloud-based contact center platforms, including IVR and Knowledge Management systems.
• Support CTI integration to enable screen pop functionality and display caller-relevant information.
• Research and analyze existing systems and program requirements.
• Independently resolve production support problems and perform quality assurance via peer reviews.
• Support UAT and go-live activities while adhering to project deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and APIs.
• Experience with contact center technologies and integration platforms.
• Current active Tier 2 Security Clearance (formerly NACI) is a hard, non-negotiable requirement.
• Hardwired ethernet connection and a private, secure work area are required.
