What you will do

• Lead strategic conversations and develop integration plans to transform financial infrastructure for enterprises.
• Execute end-to-end integration engineering, from high-level architectural design down to the code.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Architecture teams to drive client engagement and revenue.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for hirify.global's most strategic users and partners.
• Educate the developer community on API best practices and new technical developments.
• Provide critical feedback and recommendations to internal product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Integration Engineering.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Proficiency in code-level debugging for both internal and external codebases.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and API architecture effectively.
• Strong generalist technical experience with a user-first, empathetic approach.
