What you will do

• Design and build dynamic, branded customer flows using OmniScripts.
• Create modular, data-driven user interfaces using FlexCards.
• Configure DataRaptors and Integration Procedures to orchestrate data between Salesforce and external APIs.
• Implement industry-specific functionality including CPQ, Attribute-Based Pricing, and Advanced Approvals.
• Optimize Integration Procedures to ensure fast UI response times and efficient handling of large data payloads.
• Develop using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) when declarative OmniStudio tools reach their limits.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of OmniStudio (OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures).
• Hands-on experience with at least one Industry Cloud (e.g., Vlocity/Communications Cloud, Energy & Utilities, or Health Cloud).
• Strong understanding of JSON structure, REST APIs, and CSS.
• Ability to map complex business processes into branching logic and calculation matrices.
• Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer certification is essential.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer certification.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
