What you will do

• Design and develop backend features, APIs, and services using Java.
• Build and support integrations between backend systems and Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
• Lead the delivery and ongoing support of backend engineering projects from design through production.
• Review code to improve system design, testing, code quality, and maintainability.
• Facilitate engineering discussions and drive technical decisions across the team.
• Mentor junior engineers to support their technical growth through feedback and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience building backend applications, APIs, or services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Experience supporting integrations with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Must be authorized to work in Mexico.
