What you will do

• Assist government Program Managers with network design and implementation across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Lead technical programs and tasks requiring engineering oversight, ensuring budget and timeline compliance.
• Provide risk assessments regarding performance, schedule, and budget for contractor plans.
• Perform engineering research and design development according to customer specifications.
• Propose network adoption plans, application design, and cloud hosting strategies.
• Translate complex technical data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP Eligibility and willingness to undergo a CI Poly
• MA/MS/ME degree from an ABET-accredited program
• Minimum 10 years of experience in DoD/IC or relevant industry.
• Experience in network design, optimization, and security for classified/unclassified environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, and virtualization.
• Proficiency in requirements development for the DoD or IC.

Nice to have

• Experience with network architecture for space vehicles or ground systems.
• Experience with SETA roles and rapid prototyping for operations.
• Familiarity with ACAT I/II level acquisition programs.
• Experience with cross-domain solutions in multiple classification environments.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, VMware, JIRA, and Confluence.
