Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 (Total Compensation)

What you will do

• Collaborate with prospects to determine if their applications fit Temporal’s platform and cloud service.
• Educate customers on the technical benefits and limitations of Temporal’s architecture.
• Position Temporal as a leading solution against competing technologies and architectural patterns.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
• Manage and nurture relationships with technical decision-makers to increase platform adoption.
• Serve as a strategic technical advisor for scoping, sizing, and guiding technical fit.

Requirements

• Must reside within the Mountain or West time zones of the United States.
• Deep understanding of distributed system technologies, design principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in building prototypes using Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and common production services.
• Exceptional technical communication skills, including presenting and whiteboarding.
• Firm grasp of operational considerations like security, reliability, performance, and cost management.
