TL;DR

Senior Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity): Leading technical implementations and driving adoption of secure open source images for enterprise customers with an accent on Kubernetes and container security. Focus on designing secure software supply chains, collaborating with product engineering, and aligning technical solutions with customer business value.

Location: Remote (US). Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone

Salary: Base $165,000–$195,000, plus a 15% annual bonus and equity package

What you will do

  • Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of hirify.global images across customer organizations.
  • Partner with account teams (AEs, SEs, CSMs) to define strategies, ensure value realization, and drive growth.
  • Act as "customer zero" by testing and documenting images to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer requirements into prioritized image builds.
  • Maintain account-level architecture and share best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes and Containers.
  • 4+ years in a post-sales role supporting clients.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
  • Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
