What you will do
- Monitor daily AI system performance metrics, including success rates and failure trends, to drive improvements.
- Diagnose production issues and member complaints by analyzing call logs and identifying root causes.
- Translate health plan SOPs into clear, AI-compatible requirements for technical implementation.
- Manage UAT packages and lead phased rollouts across various health plans, ensuring quality sign-off.
- Act as the primary partner to the AI vendor to manage bug fixes and feature development.
- Maintain accurate plan configuration documentation as the source of truth for routing logic.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of product management experience or experience owning technically complex platforms.
- Experience working with AI-powered tools, automation systems, or vendor-delivered technology.
- Proficiency in using data dashboards to interpret performance signals and make decisions.
- Experience supporting launches, UAT processes, and post-launch monitoring.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to bridge technical, operational, and business teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with voice technology, IVR systems, or conversational AI platforms.
- Knowledge of healthcare, Medicaid, or Medicare Advantage environments.
- Experience managing external vendors as core product delivery partners.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and backend service limitations.
- Experience supporting multilingual QA processes or Spanish-language reviews.
