TL;DR
Manager, CX AI Strategy (AI): Driving the strategy and execution of AI, automation, and self-serve initiatives within Customer Experience with an accent on optimizing athlete support. Focus on simplifying support workflows, proactively resolving customer issues, and building an AI-leading CX team.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (must be on-site 3 days per week)
Salary: $130k - $140k

What you will do
- Drive the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of AI, automation, and self-serve capabilities within the CX organization.
- Leverage AI to provide superior support to users and enable CX teams to work more effectively.
- Proactively resolve customer issues and simplify complex support workflows.
- Work cross-functionally to step-change customer support and improve the speed and quality of answers.
- Build and scale a best-in-class, AI-leading Customer Experience team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in driving AI and automation strategies within a customer experience context.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive business impact.
- Must be based in the San Francisco, CA area to meet the 3-day per week on-site requirement.
