Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Reno, NV
• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing position.
• Excellent phone communication skills.
• Proficiency in navigating CRM systems and using a headset.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
