What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, proactively supporting the onboarding process for new clients.
- Resolve a broad range of customer inquiries and provide intermediate-level training and guidance.
- Monitor and analyze customer performance and engagement data to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and execute customer renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer feedback into product and service improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions within the CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent B2B client service experience.
- Minimum of two years of B2B client/customer service experience (strongly preferred), ideally in banking, insurance, hospitality, retail, or legal industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with CRM tools.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Madison, WI.
- Must obtain a FinCEN ID within 7 days of employment and comply with the Corporate Transparency Act.
