Electrical Engineer (Aerospace): Owning mission-critical circuit card assemblies for flight systems through qualification, production readiness, and full-rate manufacturing with an accent on hardware reliability, manufacturability, and lifecycle ownership. Focus on driving design verification, resolving production and supplier issues, and improving complex aerospace electronics from prototype to production.
Location: U.S. citizenship is required because the position may require obtaining and maintaining a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

What you will do
- Own multiple circuit card assemblies supporting flight hardware throughout qualification, production, field support, and continuous improvement.
- Drive electronic hardware through design verification, qualification testing, production readiness, and full-rate manufacturing.
- Support environmental, electrical, and functional testing while documenting results and resolving technical issues.
- Partner with quality, manufacturing, supply chain, integration, and supplier teams to establish production metrics and acceptance criteria.
- Investigate manufacturing, production, component availability, and supplier issues to maintain uninterrupted hardware delivery.
- Update schematics, review PCB layouts, and implement improvements to manufacturability, reliability, and component availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and PCB layout files.
- Experience modifying schematics using Altium Designer or similar ECAD tools.
- Understanding of PCB and circuit card assembly manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of electronic components, power distribution, signal integrity, and circuit design fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Cadence Allegro, IPC standards, design verification, qualification, or environmental testing.
- Experience working with manufacturing, quality, or supplier engineering teams.
- Python programming for automation, testing, or data analysis.
- Background in aerospace, defense, automotive, robotics, or other hardware development environments.
- Familiarity with configuration management and engineering change processes.
