What you will do
- Analyze and design sequences of operations and workflows to improve plant and production facility efficiencies.
- Implement solutions for virtual warehousing systems, site layout design, and warehousing/assembly automation.
- Conduct detailed studies on cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
- Establish accident prevention measures and manage training programs for production personnel.
- Develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship not available for this role).
- Ability to meet the physical demands of a manufacturing plant environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated medical device manufacturing (FDA, ISO 13485, GMP).
- Background in statistical process control (SPC), DOE, or advanced statistical analysis.
- Proficiency with PFMEA, control plans, and capability studies.
- Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, A3, Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and process validation best practices.
