What you will do

• Provide technical support to customers at all levels and coordinate supplier meetings at key accounts.
• Conduct joint calls with sales and suppliers, develop technical proposals, and generate product/service solutions.
• Identify new opportunities by monitoring industry changes and customer needs.
• Deliver training and presentations for sales teams and customers, assist with product launches and supplier qualifications.
• Provide market feedback, assist in contract negotiations, and participate in tradeshows and conferences.
• Establish sales pipeline targets aligned with business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering
• 5+ years of successful industrial sales management experience
• 5+ years in the mining industry and familiarity with US mining processes
• Proven experience developing and completing business plans
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce and proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to build strong business relationships
