What you will do

• Own the entire account book of business, ensuring smooth onsite waste operations and accurate invoicing.
• Manage service escalations and communicate with site contacts and corporate stakeholders.
• Lead project management for equipment orders, recycling needs, and container adjustments.
• Analyze and present performance reporting and annual plans to key client decision makers.
• Collaborate with Circular Solutions and Recycling teams to implement diversion-increasing solutions.
• Resolve billing discrepancies through internal collaboration to prevent service interruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of successful account management experience with a track record of growth.
• Strong commercial knowledge including P&L and profit improvement activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Ability to travel and/or work onsite up to 25% annually.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
