About the Role

You will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, prospecting and outreach to build pipeline, and present tailored hardware and hosting solutions to prospects. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat, document interactions in the CRM, follow up diligently, and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers. You will collaborate with sales leadership on large deals, learn product and industry specifics through on-the-job training, and strive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in sales with proven customer service ability
• Exceptional communication interpersonal problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of outbound sales activity
• Proficiency in sales and CRM systems
• Coachable and eager to learn with ongoing training
• High level of computer literacy for remote work
• Interest or background in Bitcoin preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Prospect and perform high-activity outbound outreach
• Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone email text and chat
• Present hardware and hosting solutions and tailor proposals to customer needs
• Nurture and develop relationships with prospects and customers
• Document all interactions and maintain CRM records
• Coordinate onboarding for new customers to ensure seamless implementation
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership on enterprise and large deals
• Achieve and strive to exceed defined sales targets and KPIs
