What you will do
- Identify, prioritize, and shape mid- to long-term commercial growth opportunities including pricing, customer segmentation, channel mix, and supplier expansion.
- Own a portfolio of growth and transformation initiatives end-to-end, managing scope, budget, risks, and interdependencies.
- Develop and pressure-test business cases quantifying ROI, risks, and P&L impacts for strategic initiatives.
- Partner with commercial, product, marketing, and FP&A leaders to evolve go-to-market models and commercial processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design future-state operating models and map business processes for efficiency.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment, portfolio reviews, and execution across growth, operations, and program management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred (MBA, Economics, Operations Research, Statistics, Data Science).
- 10+ years experience including 2+ years managerial, in management consulting, corporate strategy, commercial excellence, or transformation.
- Track record leading growth workstreams: pricing, go-to-market, customer segmentation, revenue optimization.
- Experience leading large-scale ($1m+) initiatives spanning growth and operational improvements.
- Experience managing external advisors including consultants, technology vendors, and analytics partners.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, analytical rigor, program and change management, stakeholder influence, communication, technology fluency; MS Office proficiency, SQL/Python preferred.
