Salary: $125,000–$130,000 with $15k bonus at target

What you will do

• Lead a Business Solutions Team of 9 FTEs in a 24/7 operational manufacturing environment.
• Develop and execute the master production schedule to meet customer deliveries and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate information exchange between Sales, Supply Chain, and Production departments to ensure resource availability.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure profitability and KPI achievement.
• Maximize capacity and resource utilization through effective load balancing and optimization of MRP/MES tools.
• Drive the expansion and implementation of AI-based production planning tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive management experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in ERP, MRP, and MES systems (SAP experience in MM, PP, IBP, and SD is a strong asset).
• Proven experience in Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP), product launches, and customer implementations.
• Working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and Project Management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must possess Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid work permit.

• APICS or CPIM (Certified Planning and Inventory Management) certification.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - Production Planning and Manufacturing.
• CPE (Certified Planning Engineer) certification.
• Lean / Six Sigma certification.
