What you will do

• Manage sterile barrier systems and protective packaging for existing medical devices.
• Execute packaging validation, including sealing, distribution testing, and aging studies.
• Develop and maintain product labeling specifications and technical artwork reviews.
• Qualify second source suppliers for components, materials, and packaging.
• Support CAPAs, NCMRs, and product complaint investigations.
• Generate and analyze technical documentation, protocols, and test reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Biomedical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Basic knowledge of Design Controls and GMP / 21 CFR Part 820.
• Familiarity with packaging validation concepts (ISO 11607 preferred).
• Ability to execute engineering protocols and maintain compliant documentation.
