TL;DR

What you will do

  • Guide new customers through initial account configurations and ensure proper software setup.
  • Deliver world-class onboarding through feature-specific training calls, screen shares, and email communications.
  • Track personal and customer goals to provide data-driven insights for implementation clients.
  • Proactively drive software adoption by providing value, use cases, and best practices during the first 60 days.
  • Manage data and file migration success in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Provide real-time technical troubleshooting and basic configuration services during live customer calls.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in implementation.
  • 1-2+ years of experience within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong organizational, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Ability to drive productivity independently as a self-starter.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be based in South Jordan, UT.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills.

Hiring process
