What you will do
- Guide new customers through initial account configurations and ensure proper software setup.
- Deliver world-class onboarding through feature-specific training calls, screen shares, and email communications.
- Track personal and customer goals to provide data-driven insights for implementation clients.
- Proactively drive software adoption by providing value, use cases, and best practices during the first 60 days.
- Manage data and file migration success in collaboration with internal teams.
- Provide real-time technical troubleshooting and basic configuration services during live customer calls.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in implementation.
- 1-2+ years of experience within the SaaS industry.
- Strong organizational, creativity, and project management skills.
- Ability to drive productivity independently as a self-starter.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be based in South Jordan, UT.

Hiring process
