What you will do

• Conduct site surveys and CW testing to capture RF, structural, and environmental details.
• Validate iBwave designs and produce critical documentation including Fiber Logical and Rack Diagrams.
• Support construction and integration to ensure systems are built and turned up according to design.
• Perform post-deployment RF walk testing, throughput analysis, and network KPI evaluation.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to provide data-driven feedback for feature refinement and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 5+ years (Bachelor's) or 3+ years (Master's) of experience as an RF or Network Engineer within a telecommunications company.
• Expertise in designing and integrating 4G/5G radio networks based on RF theory and 3GPP standards.
• Strong knowledge of LTE, VoLTE, RAN, link budgets, and protocols such as S1-MME, S1-U, and X2.
• Proficiency with tools including iBwave, QXDM/QCAT, XCAL/XCAP, PCTEL seahawk, and TEMS/Actix.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% domestically for site visits.
