What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing technical direction and prioritization.
• Architect and validate low-power, low-noise, mixed-signal electronics in miniaturized form factors.
• Drive electrical initiatives for performance optimization, design for manufacturing (DFM), and cost reduction.
• Partner cross-functionally with Mechanical, Firmware, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Own electrical development across the product lifecycle, including root cause investigations for field and production issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to define test strategies and improve yield.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering across product development and high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong foundation in analog, digital, power systems, and mixed-signal design.
• Proven ability to deliver hardware at scale and experience mentoring engineers.
• Proficiency with ECAD tools, preferably Altium, and strong lab/debug skills.
• Must be based in or be prepared to relocate to Boston, MA.
