Salary: $50,000 base + $15,000 bonus ($65,000 CAD OTE)

What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (approximately 130 cold calls per day) targeting small businesses across the U.S.
  • Generate and qualify top-of-the-funnel leads to book demos for Senior Account Executives.
  • Maintain and update activities, opportunities, and account information accurately within the CRM.
  • Coordinate with prospects to confirm their attendance at scheduled demonstrations.
  • Engage in 1:1 coaching, including call reviews and role-playing to improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario
  • Strong desire to succeed and build a long-term career in sales.
  • Ability to self-motivate and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong coachability and willingness to ask for help to grow.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.

  • Previous experience in cold calling.
