Developer Relations Community Manager (AI)

Salary: $130,000 – $170,000

hirify.global is a foundational AI infrastructure platform providing GPU compute for developers to build and run custom AI systems at scale.

What you will do

• Define and execute the DevRel strategy to drive developer adoption, education, and advocacy.
• Create high-quality technical content, including tutorials, benchmarks, and video demos.
• Build reference architectures and sample repos for inference, training, and agent workloads.
• Manage and scale the developer community across Discord (primary), Reddit, and GitHub.
• Represent hirify.global at AI/ML conferences, such as KubeCon, NVIDIA GTC, and PyCon.
• Synthesize community feedback and surface product requirements to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developer relations, advocacy, or community management.
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in Python (Go, Rust, or TypeScript is a plus).
• Deep familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem (PyTorch, Hugging Face, vLLM, GPU compute).
• Experience managing large Discord communities (10K+ members).
• Must be authorized to work in the USA; no visa sponsorship available.
• Proven track record of public speaking and delivering technical talks.

Nice to have

• Experience at cloud infrastructure or GPU compute companies (e.g., AWS, CoreWeave, Modal).
• Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing ML models in production.
• Existing presence and following in the AI/ML developer community.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Experience at a Series A-C stage company.
