What you will do

• Own NetSuite development for month-end close, including SuiteScript routines, scheduled jobs, and workflows.
• Translate finance and accounting requirements into SuiteScript solutions across the General Ledger and multi-currency postings.
• Manage initiatives from concept to production, providing technical input for FRDs and TRDs.
• Build and deploy SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow workflows, and customisations for OneWorld multi-subsidiary structures.
• Collaborate with global systems teams in AU and UK to maintain platform coherence.
• Mentor junior developers and establish code review and testing standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development with deep SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, and SuiteQL experience.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting (journals, revenue recognition, intercompany eliminations).
• Experience supporting Finance teams through month-end close processes.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end from scoping to production deployment.
• Must be based in Australia.
• Excellent written communication for asynchronous work across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite OneWorld in multi-subsidiary/multi-currency environments.
• Exposure to Celigo, BigQuery, or integrations with Stripe, Airwallex, or Shopify.
• Experience working with distributed systems teams across different time zones.
