What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI across manufacturing, finance, and operations.
• Implement ERP enhancements in NetSuite using SuiteApps, Suitelets, workflows, SuiteScript, and SuiteQL.
• Build integrations between ERP, BI platforms, MES, finance tools, and APIs, including data extraction, transformation, and synchronization.
• Leverage AI tools for development acceleration, automation, orchestration workflows, and embedding AI into reporting and processes.
• Own end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, manage timelines and dependencies.
• Develop data models, ensure data quality and governance, troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (B2 level minimum, written and verbal).
• At least 3 hours daily overlap with U.S. Central Time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3+ years in BI, systems integration, ERP, or analytics.
• Strong SQL and relational data modeling.
• Experience with Power BI or similar, data visualization.
• Working knowledge of ERP, preferably NetSuite; SuiteScript, SuiteQL, customizations.
• API integrations, ETL/ELT, middleware, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
