Location: Remote - Canada
Salary: $116,200 - $155,000 CAD

What you will do
- Define and own global demo excellence strategy supporting scalable customer engagements across Sales and Partners.
- Design, build, and govern demo environments with relevant features and realistic data for key segments and regions.
- Manage compliant demo data strategy and develop realistic datasets in partnership with Legal, Product, and Engineering.
- Develop scalable library of demo modules, scripts, narratives, and talk tracks aligned to value-based selling.
- Enable AI-driven demo capabilities and automation for efficiency.
- Align demo strategy with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams; drive readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5-8 years in sales enablement, demo strategy, product enablement, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Proven experience designing and scaling demo environments, content, and programs in B2B SaaS.
- Strong technical expertise in SaaS platforms, integrations, configuration, and data setup.
- Deep understanding of value-based selling and data privacy/governance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
