What you will do
- Deliver fast, high-quality support to Spanish customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Act as the voice of the customer by surfacing insights and flagging root causes for product improvements.
- Contribute to monthly process improvements through PDCA cycles.
- Maintain high performance metrics including response times and quality scores.
- Collaborate with the team to identify anomalies and optimize problem-solving methods.
- Experiment with AI-forward tools to enhance support efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, or similar backgrounds welcome).
- Spanish: C2 proficiency required.
- English: C1 proficiency required.
- Availability to work weekends as part of the role.
- Comfortable using ticketing systems and quick to learn new software tools.
- Strong empathy and ability to adapt communication tone to customer needs.
