What you will do

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
• Provide support regarding games, promotions, accounts, and technical issues.
• Perform account verification processes, including KYC (Know Your Customer).
• Collaborate with Responsible Gambling, Fraud, Payments, and AML departments to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor and report player feedback to suggest experience improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company policies to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Native level of Danish
• Good level of English
• Proven background in a customer support role, ideally within the iGaming environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
