What you will do

• Inspire and develop a high-performing global team of Implementation Consultants.
• Design scalable, standardized implementation methodologies for hirify.global product suite.
• Drive project execution on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee global resource planning and process innovations leveraging AI and automation.
• Track and report on KPIs like billable utilization, time-to-value, and CSAT.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to improve outcomes.
• Build executive relationships with key customers to expand platform adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of customer-facing SaaS implementation leadership in high-growth environments.
• 5+ years leading global implementation or Professional Services organizations.
• Expertise in building standardized implementation frameworks at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI or automation for delivery efficiency.
• Strong executive communication and influence skills.
• Willingness to travel ~10%, including quarterly Europe trips.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Information Systems.
• Experience with manufacturing tech SaaS like CPQ, PLM, or CAD.
• Change management and data-driven decision-making expertise.
• Proficiency in AI-driven project management tools.
• Multilingual capabilities or global environment experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
