TL;DR

Community Operations Subject Matter Expert (ERP): Guiding prospective and current government customers through product evaluations and business value demonstrations with an accent on process analysis and technical solutioning. Focus on conducting discovery sessions, building proof of concepts, and bridging the gap between customer "As-Is" processes and "To-Be" solutions.

Location: On-site in Chicago, San Francisco, or Boston

Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and current customers and internal hirify.global teams.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess customer needs and pain points.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations highlighting "As-Is" vs "To-Be" customer processes.
  • Lead technical evaluations of hirify.global solutions and build proof of concepts.
  • Build technical champions among prospective customers.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Professional Services, R&D, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or work from an hirify.global office (Chicago, San Francisco, or Boston).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Works, Community Development, Planning, Permitting, Utility Billing, or GIS.
  • Strong technical acumen and experience leveraging software.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of ERP modules such as General Ledgers, Budgeting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Procurement, and Grants Management.
