What you will do

• Understand customer workflows and use cases to identify jobs to be done
• Build AI agents to simplify and eliminate tedious, error-prone tasks
• Develop realtime platforms for finance teams to collaborate with agents
• Design and scale APIs and CLI for interoperability
• Contribute to engineering practices for team efficiency
• Ensure data security, reliability, and compliance

Requirements

• Located in Mountain View, CA area for 3 days onsite per week
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience building AI agents, LLM-powered systems, or workflow automation
• Product mindset focused on users and outcomes
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, uncertain environments
• High ownership and willingness to wear multiple hats

Nice to have

• Experience with Elixir/Phoenix, Next.js/TypeScript, or AWS/Terraform
• Functional languages or frameworks like Rails/Django
• Intuition for best practices and innovation
