What you will do

  • Partner with senior GTM leaders in the FinServ space to design and execute revenue operation strategies via AIOS.
  • Map current Financial Services processes to AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes.
  • Execute change management and adoption initiatives to embed hirify.global into daily team rhythms.
  • Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes and demonstrate ROI.
  • Own renewal strategy and execution while partnering with cross-functional teams on growth.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the journey.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working within or with customers in the Financial Services industry.
  • Track record of owning relationships and value conversations with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
