Salary: $335,000 – $571,100 USD

What you will do
- Lead the K-12 math strategy to achieve ambitious 2030 and 2045 goals with clarity and accountability.
- Oversee a dual-track portfolio balancing the scaling of proven approaches with AI-enabled product innovation.
- Guide R&D and innovation pipelines from concept to scaled adoption using user-centered design.
- Cultivate partnerships with educators, researchers, and technologists to accelerate the adoption of responsible AI in classrooms.
- Manage and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team of strategists and technical experts.
- Ensure disciplined fiscal stewardship and align the K-12 strategy across other U.S. Programs.
Requirements
- Advanced degree with 15+ years of senior leadership in K-12, postsecondary, or educational technology.
- Proven success in designing, scaling, or investing in digital or AI-enabled learning platforms.
- Deep expertise in K-12 curriculum, instruction, assessment, and educator professional learning.
- Experience applying Targeted Universalism or inclusive design frameworks to strategy and grantmaking.
- Track record of managing complex portfolios and leading diverse teams in matrixed environments.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization in the USA (no sponsorship provided).
