What you will do

• Design and deliver in-person AI training programs and workshops for senior business professionals and executives.
• Translate complex AI concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG, evals, agents, and MCP into accessible learning experiences.
• Lead tailored workshops and challenge labs based on the specific business context of client organizations.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve curriculum and incorporate the latest AI developments.
• Represent the firm externally with deep subject matter expertise and high energy.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in AI and machine learning.
• Proven experience teaching, training, or presenting to senior business audiences in corporate or executive settings.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to command a room.
• Familiarity with AI tools including Claude Code, ChatGPT, and related platforms.
• Must be able to work on-site in Mountain View, CA

Nice to have

• Background in academia, corporate L&D, or executive education.
• Experience working with financial services, consulting, or other professional services firms.
• Experience building or designing AI-powered learning tools.
