What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver in-person AI training programs and workshops for senior business professionals and executives.
• Translate prompt engineering, RAG, evaluations, agents, and MCP into practical learning experiences for non-technical audiences.
• Lead client-specific workshops and challenge labs based on organizational business needs.
• Collaborate with the hirify.global team to improve curricula and incorporate new AI developments.
• Represent hirify.global externally and align training outcomes with client goals alongside engagement managers and leadership.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in AI and machine learning, including the ability to explain AI engineering topics in depth.
• Proven experience teaching, training, or presenting to senior business audiences.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
• Understanding of enterprise dynamics and organizational complexity.
• Experience with or strong interest in curriculum design and instructional methodology.
• Familiarity with Claude Code, ChatGPT, and related AI platforms.

Nice to have

• Background in academia, corporate learning and development, or executive education.
• Experience with financial services, consulting, or other professional services firms.
• Experience building or designing AI-powered learning tools.
