What you will do

• Pitch, write, and edit stories and newsletters across various platforms.
• Build and manage content using CMS and newsletter platforms.
• Coordinate the editorial calendar and brainstorm meetings, including documentation and archiving.
• Support the operations team with processing invoices, contracts, and budget tracking.
• Execute content refresh operations by updating existing articles and galleries.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative requests to support the broader content team.

Requirements

• College degree in journalism or 1–2 years of experience in fast-paced media/lifestyle brands.
• Based in New York, NY for a hybrid work schedule.
• Strong writing, copy-editing skills, and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with GSuite and prior experience with digital and print CMSs.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and multitask effectively.
• Passion for cooking, food, and service journalism.
