What you will do

• Audit and automate manual workflows using tools like Power Automate, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
• Use AI tools actively and daily to accelerate content QA, copy review, tag validation, and localization checks.
• Author, publish, and QA web page layouts and components in the CMS, serving as a backup publisher.
• Manage and continuously improve the team's intake and workflow tooling using Jira and Smartsheet.
• Coordinate content flow between designers, copywriters, and developers to prevent pipeline delays.
• Support web traffic analysis through GA4 report pulls and Google Tag Manager validation.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in web operations, marketing operations, or digital content production.
• Demonstrated experience building workflow automation using Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or GitHub Actions.
• Active, daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI) to accelerate operational tasks.
• Experience authoring and publishing in a CMS (Adobe Experience Manager is a plus).
• Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager for reporting and tag validation.
• Basic knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and SEO guidelines.
