Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Lead the gathering of insights from senior decision-makers via surveys, interviews, and market activity.
• Translate research and observations into clear, actionable reports and briefings to inform editorial and product direction.
• Develop insight-driven content and co-create research projects with strategic partners to drive authority and growth.
• Define and track performance metrics for research-led initiatives to optimize subscriber acquisition and retention.
• Establish a repeatable system and pipeline for transforming raw audience input into organizational intelligence.

Requirements

• Experience utilizing research and audience data to directly influence business or editorial decisions.
• Strong synthesis skills to turn qualitative conversations and quantitative data into actionable steps.
• Proven track record of creating reports, content, or products based on original research.
• Expertise in designing and executing structured research projects and surveys.
• Must be based in Canada to be eligible for the stated salary range.
