Compensation: $40,500.00 - $69,150.00 USD

What you will do
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding editors for Medicine journal.
- Support peer-review process by identifying and addressing articles needing attention.
- Coordinate editorial tasks and manage certificates, letters, and recognition for reviewers/editors.
- Maintain journal sites using electronic journals platform (eJP) and format content for publishing platforms.
- Handle 3rd party author and editorial services, including communication and vendor coordination.
- Conduct basic market research, prepare digital content, collaborate on publication schedules, and monitor customer feedback.
Requirements
- BA or BS or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year experience in academic publishing or editorial role.
- Knowledge of article submission systems, content preparation, academic publishing, and peer-review process.
- Strong organizational skills for records and files management.
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing tools.
- Ability to collaborate in a team and handle administrative tasks; travel <5%.
