Product Manager (Identity Security)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Permissions and Delegation): Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for permissions and delegation hygiene with an accent on least-privilege enforcement, graph analytics, and AI-assisted workflows. Focus on understanding effective access, reducing privilege sprawl for human and machine identities, and delivering explainable remediation solutions.

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX or Hoboken, NJ. Candidates residing within 45 miles of offices must work onsite some days per week.

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for permissions and delegation hygiene using graph and AI to understand and clean up effective access.
• Engage with customers and prospects like CISOs and IAM teams to translate privilege management workflows into product priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering and design on end-to-end experiences for access understanding, privilege reduction, and AI-assisted review workflows.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success on positioning, messaging, demos, and launches as the subject-matter expert.
• Work with data/AI teams to build capabilities like risk scoring, recommendations, and automation while ensuring safety and trust.
• Conduct competitive analysis in identity security, IAM, PAM, and AI governance to inform product decisions and manage full product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven ability to deliver technology solutions in complex B2B environments.
• Demonstrated product management experience in software, with substantial time in security, identity, or infrastructure.
• Strong domain experience in identity security posture/ITDR, IAM/IGA/directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta), or privileged access management/least-privilege.
• Familiarity with non-human identities and AI-driven workloads like service principals, API keys, and agentic AI.
• Understanding of least-privilege, RBAC, effective rights, and AI/automation risks in enterprises.
• Experience with technically deep products, partnering with engineers, and hands-on prototyping with generative AI tools.
