Middle Office and Custodian Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Facilitate custodial recognition, approval, and setup for hirify.global private funds.
• Deliver position and activity reporting for custodied investor positions.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences and custodian queries.
• Serve as principal contact for designated custodian relationships.
• Improve processes via enhanced documentation, workflows, and automation.
• Contribute ideas and solutions to the Custody Operations team.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Accounting, Finance, or Operations in alternatives preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Superior organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Excel proficiency required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and quick learning ability.
