Salary: $43.47 per hour plus a 10% bonus target

What you will do

• Maintain and repair electrical systems, instrumentation, and controls for boilers, chillers, and pumps.
• Perform calibration, testing, and repair of electronic and pneumatic control systems.
• Install and program electronic instruments and troubleshoot power supply circuits.
• Create and update technical diagrams for plant electrical and pneumatic controls.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety policies.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and write work orders.

Requirements

• Degree from technical or trade school in electronics, computer science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in central plant or power generation maintenance.
• Valid driver license and ability to pass a physical and drug screen.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb up to 100 feet.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and LOTO procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience reading process flow and instrumentation diagrams.
• Familiarity with refrigeration and thermodynamics principles.
