What you will do

• Establish, implement, and maintain site quality programs and detailed inspection plans.
• Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure work is performed correctly the first time.
• Conduct surveillance and audits of Contractor Quality Control Programs to ensure adherence to codes and specifications.
• Review turnover packages, manage punchlist walkdowns, and collate QC documentation for final handover.
• Supervise, train, and manage performance for site QC inspectors and representatives.
• Interface with clients and government officials to ensure project compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Superintendent with a degree, or 5+ years without.
• Previous experience in Electrical and Instrumentation Controls QC.
• High School Diploma required; degree in Engineering, Quality, or Construction Management preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs) in extreme weather and confined spaces.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records searches.
