What you will do

• Prepare Daily Payouts for rapid scaling and general availability.
• Develop greenfield infrastructure for new financial products, including lending and credit card options.
• Collaborate with data science to enhance fraud detection, monitoring, and automated onboarding.
• Integrate systems with new partner banks to facilitate international expansion.
• Build internal tools for product managers and customer support to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining complex, large-scale software systems.
• Professional experience in fintech, specifically designing and maintaining financial systems at scale.
• Strong proficiency in writing and debugging SQL.
• Excellent command of at least one mainstream programming language.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a fully-remote culture.
• Location: Must be based in the Americas or EMEA regions
