What you will do

• Architect and develop scalable backend microservices in Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squads.
• Build secure systems for fund collection, transaction processing, and beneficiary disbursements.
• Implement user onboarding, KYC, and compliance services adhering to regulatory standards.
• Design infrastructure handling high volumes with top security and performance.
• Integrate Google Cloud services like Firestore, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, and BigQuery.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams; mentor juniors and drive improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Software Engineer in fast-paced environment.
• Fluent, advanced, or upper-intermediate English for clear professional communication.
• Proven experience building and shipping Fintech software, especially payments or compliance.
• Solid algorithms, data structures, REST APIs, and architectural patterns like Hexagonal or Event-Driven.
• Knowledge of security protocols, KYC/AML, and scalable web services.
• Strong collaboration, prioritization, and learning mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with React frontend, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Fintech domain.
