What you will do

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices within the Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squads.
• Develop and optimize secure systems for fund collection and efficient transaction processing.
• Design robust services to handle the timely and secure disbursement of funds to beneficiaries.
• Build and enhance user onboarding, KYC, and compliance systems to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Manage GCP-based infrastructure to support millions of daily requests with high security and performance.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Proven track record of building and shipping software applications, particularly in the Fintech domain.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and REST API design.
• Experience with Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, A/B testing, and gradual rollouts.
• Knowledge of security protocols, compliance standards, and KYC/AML processes.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required for professional communication.
