Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage a named book of creatively-intensive large accounts across entertainment, gaming, and technology.
- Build and advance relationships with C-suite executives, including Chief Creative Officers, VPs of Design, CTOs, and CMOs.
- Drive organizational change by identifying internal champions and gaining executive sponsorship for large-scale deployments.
- Develop multi-year account plans mapping organizational creative priorities to Weave’s capabilities.
- Collaborate with Customer Enablement and Product Marketing to ensure value realization and prevent contraction.
- Influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy using insights from the most demanding creative organizations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts globally.
- Proven track record of exceeding net revenue retention and expansion targets.
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures and building VP/C-suite relationships.
- Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles (6+ months) and 6/7 figure deals.
- Must be based in or be able to work from 's NYC hub.
- Consultative, value-based selling approach using structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).
Nice to have
- Experience selling into entertainment, gaming, advertising, or consumer brands.
- Familiarity with AI-native workflows, creative tooling, or content production at scale.
- Ability to sell emerging product categories to sophisticated buyers.
- Certification in deal qualification or strategic account management frameworks.
