Location: Based from hirify.global's NYC hub

Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 USD

hirify.global is a collaborative platform that empowers teams to brainstorm, prototype, and iterate using AI to make design accessible to all.

What you will do

  • Manage a named book of creatively-intensive large accounts across entertainment, gaming, and technology.
  • Build and advance relationships with C-suite executives, including Chief Creative Officers, VPs of Design, CTOs, and CMOs.
  • Drive organizational change by identifying internal champions and gaining executive sponsorship for large-scale deployments.
  • Develop multi-year account plans mapping organizational creative priorities to hirify.global Weave’s capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Enablement and Product Marketing to ensure value realization and prevent contraction.
  • Influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy using insights from the most demanding creative organizations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts globally.
  • Proven track record of exceeding net revenue retention and expansion targets.
  • Experience navigating complex organizational structures and building VP/C-suite relationships.
  • Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles (6+ months) and 6/7 figure deals.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from hirify.global's NYC hub.
  • Consultative, value-based selling approach using structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into entertainment, gaming, advertising, or consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with AI-native workflows, creative tooling, or content production at scale.
  • Ability to sell emerging product categories to sophisticated buyers.
  • Certification in deal qualification or strategic account management frameworks.
