Finance Manager (FP&A)

TL;DR

Finance Manager (FP&A): Supporting corporate Financial Planning and Analysis for hirify.global and its subsidiaries with an accent on forecasting, budgeting, and financial system controls. Focus on managing indirect department budgets, project control, and providing financial data analysis for senior leadership.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US, may require travel to Anchorage, Alaska)

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, forecasting, and reporting for the aviation line of business.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for indirect department functions.
• Provide guidance to department leads on utilizing financial tools and interpreting complex financial data.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders regarding financial performance.
• Oversee project setups, budgets, and spend within a project control framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of work experience in Finance, including 2+ years in an FP&A or Project Control role.
• 3+ years of experience using Cognos Analytics or Query/Report Studio.
• 3+ years of experience working with Deltek Costpoint Core modules.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, macros, and data queries.
• Deep understanding of accounting close processes, cost accruals, and revenue recognition.
