What you will do

• Administer and operate JWICS environments, ensuring strict cybersecurity compliance and operational sustainment.
• Build, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and thin clients.
• Execute hardware and software maintenance, including installation of critical patches per MDA guidelines.
• Troubleshoot system errors and user issues while tracking resource utilization and performance.
• Coordinate with internal work centers to resolve Remedy incidents and provide SAP support.
• Assist with general systems engineering and administration tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI Security Clearance.
• Must possess a current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE).
• 8+ years of general full-time work experience.
• 4+ years of directly related experience in systems engineering or administration.
• Experience managing Windows desktops, servers, and office products.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO.

Nice to have

• Experience with HP workstations and thin clients.
• Proficiency with Windows 10.
• Knowledge of Networking and Cybersecurity.
• Experience with Remedy Incident and Change Management.
