What you will do

• Integrate and maintain core hardware and software infrastructure for training devices.
• Develop installation and secure configuration procedures for hypervisors (Hyper-V, VMware), operating systems (Linux, Windows), and frameworks such as .NET.
• Set up and troubleshoot computer systems, including network switches and KVMs.
• Develop reference solutions to create consistent and stable simulation environments.
• Support R&D projects and innovation initiatives.
• Coordinate and review technical and operational deliverables prior to submission.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to government contract requirements.
• Working knowledge of DoD IA regulations.
• Eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
• Experience with operating system setup, patching, and vulnerability mitigation.

Nice to have

• Security+ or equivalent IA certification.
• Experience supporting DoD contracts.
• Experience with network hardware (switches, NATs, routers) and boundary defense mechanisms (firewalls, IDS).
• Experience applying computer changes to comply with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
